Eryn D. Burnett, MHA

Program and Policy Fellow

Eryn D. Burnett serves as the Program and Policy Fellow at Transform Health, currently working closely with the Incentive Payment Program (IPP) Team to support CalAIM implementation.

In her role, Eryn assists with the daily operation of program and policy projects, interacting with a wide array of internal staff and external stakeholders. Her position also includes collaborating with Transform Health staff to implement, manage, and produce deliverables for complex projects via drafting memos, engaging stakeholders, performing policy and data analysis, and writing promotional blogs.

Eryn’s educational background in healthcare administration, including both a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Long Beach and a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California in the subject, provided a sound foundation on the inner workings of the American healthcare industry. Before joining Transform Health, Eryn contributed to the organizational goals of the Asian American Drug Abuse Program (AADAP), Atlantic Memorial Healthcare Center, One Medical, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Across these organizations, she has refined various skills including process improvement, data analysis, event promotion and fundraising, and patient outreach.

Eryn is a certified Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma and earned a Google certificate in the Foundations of Project Management.  In her free time, she enjoys creating content for her social media platforms, including a LinkedIn Newsletter “An Advocate’s Analysis” and a Spotify podcast “The Dane’ Dialogue: Conversations on Health Equity + More!”. Outside of her several side projects, she finds joy in her daily “beverage breaks” where she makes homemade chai lattes with oat milk and in her weekly trip to the farmer’s market.
