Executive Assistant, Sacramento

The full-time Executive Assistant position within Transform Health reports to the C-Suite leadership team and supports all of our staff. This is a full-time, forty hours per week, hybrid-remote position based in Sacramento, CA with half-time in our office downtown. To be successful in this role you must be detail-oriented, passionate about organization, and work on at least one of our projects to support our staff and understand our work. You must also be adept at using technical data-driven tools such as project management databases, Salesforce CRM, eager to learn, an active listener, and possess strong written communications.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate internal and external communications for Transform Health’s work to ensure our message is consistent and engaging, which includes scheduling support, partner engagement, and assisting with at least one project at any given time.
  • Communicate with the Operations and MIS staff to ensure that day-to-day operations are coordinated both remotely and in the office.
  • Daily stand-ups with CEO to ensure to-do lists, calendar updates, meeting arrangements, and organization of scheduling takes place. This will include other staff at the direction of the CEO and COO as required based on the deliverables and goals.
  • Supporting our Communications staff and project staff in editing, branding, ensuring consistency in communication formats, and developing training content in PowerPoint.
  • Take notes for meetings across multiple projects to support our staff and ensure consistency in style and tone.
  • Support website postings, MailChimp, and other external communications workflows.
  • Proofread documents and communicate clearly with stakeholders on behalf of Transform Health for scheduling and engagement. Follow up as directed.
  • Organize and maintain the Transform Health Headquarters in Sacramento. Host visitors and meetings for staff and partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A detail-oriented, self-starter who can self-generate work in accordance with the direction of the firm.
  • Strong desire to problem-solve and create the precedent to innovate.
  • High-energy, out-of-the-box thinker to implement and help manage change.
  • Excellent time manager who can juggle several projects simultaneously and completes work within budget and deadlines.
  • Some travel required (up to 10% in a year).
  • Able to speak publicly and eager to learn about health systems transformation work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in executive assistant management, business, communications, or equivalent work experience (e.g., statewide, or national).
