
Meghan Sevilla
Program Associate
Meghan joins the Transform Health team as a Program Associate. She works on an array of projects in her role, with a specific focus on supporting the statewide implementation of CalAIM initiatives, especially within the Sacramento and Central Valley regions.
Meghan brings over fifteen years of experience to the position, many of which have been dedicated to providing and coordinating critical direct services for individuals and communities, including food access programs. She’s worked both as a provider and alongside those in the applied behavior analysis field, where she’s operationally supported the rollout where she operationally supported the transition of funding for services to Medi-cal Managed Care and commercial health plan. Meghan has experience working with numerous types of communications and learning modalities and platforms, and also supported groups working to provide physical and mental health services via telehealth to the K-12 student population.
Meghan is skilled in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, which has included partners from state and federal agencies, health plans, and local community organizations and businesses. Meghan has years of experience working with different types of health care payor groups. She’s worked with commercial and managed care health plans and has navigated Medicaid policy in multiple states, focused primarily on contracting, provider credentialing, and both individual and group enrollments. On a community level, they have also worked with local school districts and a county-wide food bank reaching various community-based organizations.
Meghan has had the privilege to work directly with a diverse clientele. She’s worked with children, their families, and young adults across varying backgrounds and regions in their home, school, and community environments as well as with the senior population. Her time spent in a learning and development-focused role allowed her to expand her skill base to include the design and creation of various types of learning resources, curriculum, and communications materials.
Meghan values engaging in work with an equity focus and is committed to analyzing and reimagining existing systems and structures to help create an equitable and sustainable future. Outside of work, Meghan loves music and attending live concerts, being an Auntie, visiting botanical gardens, and taking day trips out to the coast.
