Amanda Gibson, MSW, LCSW

Amanda Gibson is a professional development coach and senior advisor at Transform Health. She is also licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience in individual and family practice.

Amanda has a wide array of practical experience in helping adult learners manage organizational change in the context of both large and small environments. With expertise in workforce optimization and staff development informed by multiple areas of expertise, she helps organizations, individuals, and groups develop client- centered approaches and strategies that create belonging and facilitate dynamically changing environments. Amanda is dedicated to solving modern health care workforce challenges by helping organizations build culture and manage change.

Amanda’s practice has treated adults and families in the areas of child welfare, domestic violence, trauma, chronic health, and mental health and wellness. She previously founded the Counseling Col:lab, which provides a collaborative space where therapists of all different backgrounds come together to serve the Sacramento area. 

Amanda is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific Health Concentration.
