Anita “Ani” Fête Crews

Anita “Ani” Fête Crews is a director at Transform Health. In her role, she leads the design and implementation of learning and engagement efforts to support the firm’s capacity-building and workforce development projects nationwide.

Ani has over 20 years of experience engaging public- and private-sector stakeholders to advance policy through leadership development, education and training, and national campaigns.

Most recently, Ani activated large institutions and fortune 500 companies in support of national movements by leveraging their resources, influence, and reach with policymakers and the public at the state and federal levels. She has organized support for amicus briefs filed with the U.S. Supreme Court and developed rapid-response organizing efforts across the country.

Ani has a proven track record of program development, building several national member and volunteer engagement programs from the ground up. She served in senior leadership for several national organizations, advising on organizational strategy to advance state and federal legislative and regulatory policy. Ani began her career as a legislative aide in the Ohio Senate and served as chief of government affairs for the Ohio Department of Health.

Ani holds a BA from Wittenberg University.
