Elan Watson

Elan Watson serves as a program associate at Transform Health, supporting national enrollment projects to ensure clients receive timely assistance to meet their goals. 

Before joining Transform Health, Elan worked in higher education, where she developed and led a student research competition to promote excellence in public policy. Elan also assisted with talent acquisition to instill efficient hiring practices across departments.

Previously, Elan helped facilitate and maintain relationships with over 160 community partners to drive civic engagement at a national organization. She created toolkits and other materials to support this work, while assisting with training volunteers.

Elan earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Howard University. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
