Herlinda Ibarra
DEPUTY DIRECTOR
Herlinda Ibarra serves as a deputy director at Transform Health. She has a wealth of experience building community-level partnerships, developing outreach strategies, and assisting individuals in navigating health care.
Before joining Transform Health, Herlinda worked with Texas Health and Human Services. She provided training and technical support for community-based organizations that assisted clients with enrolling in benefits across the state of Texas. Herlinda also optimized enrollment processes at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Texas.
Herlinda has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
