Jennifer Navarro

Jennifer Navarro serves as director of operations at Transform Health. In her role, Jen lends her strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support Transform Health’s daily operations. Jen plays a central role in enhancing internal processes and procedures by managing administrative tasks, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with team members to maximize efficiency across the firm.   

Before joining Transform Health, Jen served as chief of staff to one of the largest voluntary membership associations, where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of their strategic and business plans, including the creation of their charitable arm foundation. Previously, Jen spent time in municipal government working alongside city leaders and elected officials on policy and projects. She has over 10 years of experience in administrative responsibilities, project management, and policy research and writing.

Jen obtained her Bachelor of Arts in political science from San Jose State University.
