Kate Feske-Kirby, MA

Kate Feske-Kirby is a program associate at Transform Health, supporting multi-workstream projects that expand access to care, strengthen outreach and enrollment programs, and advance community-informed strategies to improve individual and community health and well–being.

Before joining Transform Health, Kate led qualitative and mixed–method research projects at a global health care improvement organization. She contributed to thought leadership on patient safety, workforce well–being, and artificial intelligence, producing deliverables used by health system leaders and partners to guide strategy and implementation.

Earlier in her career, Kate supported pediatric clinical research, helping teams gather and interpret data on trauma-informed care, injury prevention, and community violence.

Across roles, Kate has synthesized complex work and engaged stakeholders to produce clear reports, presentations, and training content that help partners understand issues, track progress, and move projects forward.

Kate earned a Master of Arts in geography from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in geography, anthropology, and philosophy from Bucknell University. She is based in Cincinnati, OH.
