Lynne Thorp, MBA, MA

Lynne Thorp is a deputy director at Transform Health, bringing over two decades of experience in nonprofit program development, marketing and communications, and strategic planning. In her current role, Lynne develops and informs national and statewide learning strategies on the enrollment portfolio.

Previously, as the executive director of a health-related nonprofit, Lynne grew the organization’s impact through strategic partnerships, financial resource diversification, and data-informed marketing initiatives.

Lynne also worked at a large health system, where she led initiatives to engage mental and behavioral health leaders through regional strategic planning sessions aimed at enhancing the delivery of behavioral health care. She successfully implemented a provider-sponsored Medicaid managed care plan, serving as the primary liaison between the health plan and state regulatory agencies.

Additionally, Lynne has led process improvement initiatives and managed operational reporting in hospital and clinic administration, and she directed a regional health planning council, where she built a collaborative network of community organizations dedicated to improving health outcomes.

Lynne holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston, a master’s degree in special education from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas.
