Margaux McFetridge

Margaux McFetridge serves as a senior manager of policy at Transform Health. In this role, she monitors, researches, and analyzes budget and policy issues impacting the health care landscape and the Medi-Cal delivery system. An experienced policy analyst, project manager, and strategic communicator, Margaux has worked with a wide range of health care providers, payers, community-based organizations, and foundations to implement and promote innovative service delivery programs, share promising practices, and enact policy change to improve health and well-being.  

Margaux has extensive experience in the implementation of Medicaid 1115 waiver programs. She has assisted both payers and providers in understanding and implementing CalAIM, providing strategic consultation and policy analysis, and developing policies and procedures, key performance measures, and contract templates.

In addition, Margaux has provided direct support to more than a dozen local governmental entities, including county health departments, local fire departments, and a hospital district, to help them maximize Medi-Cal revenue for critical safety net services. She has also supported Medi-Cal managed care plans in improving their procurement and contracting operational practices and supporting audit preparation.

Margaux has a bachelor’s degree in U.S. history from Mills College.
