Miriam Lipschutz, MPP

Miriam Lipschutz is a senior policy analyst at Transform Health, bringing her extensive experience in policy analysis, technical assistance, and project management to support health policy projects.

Prior to Transform Health, Miriam worked with city, state, and federal agencies to streamline government program enrollment and verification for greater efficiency. She has contributed to nationwide initiatives to leverage existing data for targeted outreach across programs and agencies. Miriam has also helped to pass legislation in several states through her policy analysis work and leadership of advocacy coalitions with national nonprofit organizations.

Miriam earned a Master of Public Policy from Temple University, where she received the Public Service Career Award for her graduating class, and she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont Honor’s College.
