Nathan Harounian
Data Analyst
Nathan Harounian comes to Transform Health with over three years of experience in the fields of customer service and data science. In his role as a data analyst, Nathan is spearheading the firm’s efforts to use data and statistical models for decision-making processes.
As a teaching assistant for a university course on data and decisions, Nathan led discussion and lab sections, helping more than 250 students understand machine learning algorithms and statistical topics such as Bayesian and Frequentist inference, uncertainty quantifications for generalized linear models, concentration inequalities, and bandits for reinforcement learning. Additionally, he deployed a ticket system to streamline student requests, and he used data management software to assign students to alternative learning and test-taking environments based on needs.
Nathan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he studied statistics with a minor in data science. He is based in Burbank, California.
