
Rubi Gutierrez
Program Associate
Rubi Gutierrez serves as a program associate at Transform Health, supporting a range of projects across California’s Central Valley to create sustainability in the statewide implementation of CalAIM.
Rubi is an experienced community organizer, skilled in problem solving, project coordination, public speaking, and facilitation. Prior to joining Transform Health, Rubi facilitated public health training across multiple sectors through partners such as the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence and the California Department of Public Health.
Rubi also served as a community organizer for the Dolores Huerta Foundation and she worked as an organizer to advocate for cancer patients who were facing eviction and/or denial of health care coverage in the Bay Area.
In 2026, Rubi was selected for the inaugural Central Valley HOPE Regional Leadership Institute. In addition to her professional experience, she volunteered her time as a case manager for incarcerated youth in Fresno, CA.
