Sara Hart
Manager
Sara Hart serves as a manager with Transform Health. In this role, she builds program capacity for health coverage enrollment nationwide through workforce development and strategic planning with stakeholders.
Before joining Transform Health, Sara spent nearly a decade optimizing enrollment initiatives at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Delaware. To reach enrollment goals, Sara established partnerships with local businesses to create new referral streams. Additionally, she developed health insurance literacy education programs, assisted with enrollment into qualified health plans, and led department trainings to increase efficiency.
Sara holds an Associate Degree of Science in accounting from Cecil Community College.
