Sonia Donnelly, MBA

Sonia Donnelly serves as a director with Transform Health, with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program development, training, and coaching. In this role, she leads capacity building to increase program efficiency nationwide.

Prior to joining Transform Health, Sonia leveraged her expertise in strategic development and program design to tackle social and economic challenges at a statewide nonprofit organization. As director of programs, she played a key role in developing scalable models that have been successfully adopted and replicated by other communities.

Sonia’s early career work in standardizing suicide prevention training and evidence-based practices contributed to the nationwide effort to establish the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Sonia has managed operations and trained staff across small and large teams, and she has developed and implemented new streamlined processes for complex systems, coordinating with dozens of stakeholders.

Sonia has a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in business management and leadership, from Limestone University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the University of Manchester, UK.
