Trilena Amos

Trilena Amos joins Transform Health as a director based in the Central Valley of California, bringing more than a decade of expertise in public health systems change, nonprofit leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement. With her public health and social work background, Trilena turns complex policy and program needs into actionable, community-informed solutions to align systems and build healthier communities.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach, Trilena develops pathways for organizations and individuals to advance their goals in systems change. She has designed and implemented public health and enrollment efforts nationally to drive scalable health initiatives with measurable results. Her experience spans federal policy and community-level system strengthening, from maximizing program outcomes at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to increasing patient access at a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Texas.

With roots in social work, Trilena formerly worked to improve health care access and investigate cases of child abuse and neglect. Today, Trilena leverages specialized skills in forensic interviewing with her expertise in relationship building to foster collaboration, translate stakeholder challenges into actionable policy insights, and champion peer-to-peer learning through large virtual communities and technical forums.

A California native, Trilena earned her bachelor’s degree from Langston University and is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the World Coaching Institute.
