Victor Garibay

Victor Garibay serves as a senior program associate at Transform Health, where he contributes to a range of projects, with a focus on supporting the statewide implementation of CalAIM initiatives.

Prior to joining Transform Health, Victor evaluated the impact of bills related to health insurance benefits at the California Health Benefits Review Program. He presented his research on state and federal laws affecting California’s diabetic population at a national conference.

Victor is skilled in project and administrative management and facilitation. In addition to his professional work, Victor brings years of volunteer experience at health care clinics, where his language interpretation skills helped bridge communication between providers and patients.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in public health with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
