Senior Program Associate, Coach and Trainer (with national travel required)

This is a hybrid remote position with up to 35% national travel required including Washington, DC and Sacramento, CA.

The Senior Program Associate Coach and Trainer in Outreach and Enrollment at Transform Health is expected to:

  • Provide and inform training sessions to outreach and enrollment staff in the Federally Facilitated Marketplace states across the nation to support capacity building and workforce development in a range of strategic topics.
  • Collaborate with multiple layers of field team and learning collaborative staff in a matrixed project management environment to inform, draft, research and create PowerPoint presentations and activities aimed at maximizing adult learning and knowledge transfer of best practices in outreach and enrollment.
  • Inform and contribute to field team in brainstorming approaches, editing content, and developing training materials in Canva, PowerPoint or other adult learning platforms.
  • Champion and coach federal Navigator leadership and programming staff in order to maximize their participation in work planning, program development, and strategic planning efforts aimed at increasing enrollments in their state.
  • Implement evaluative tools and methods to ensure effectiveness of the field-based academy through feedback mechanisms, deliverables, and participant assessments.
  • Make recommendations for program enhancements and improvements based on evaluation results.
  • Conduct trainings to stakeholders in person on-site and through the online learning collaborative and establish key stakeholders in their region for the purposes of presenting on the learning collaborative, and at our national conference with other enrollment programs.
  • Assist in the creation, facilitation & maintenance of all current and future training modalities including online learning collaborative content, live training and navigator retreat agendas, worksheets, materials, etc. addressing the needs of enrollment programs and ensuring learning is interactive and engaging.
  • Track, report, and analyze enrollment academy data and communicate program outcomes using Salesforce CRM and TeamWork project management technology tools, and other tools as required.
  • Tailor coaching and peer learning sessions to address individual enrollment program needs, fostering collaboration and peer learning.
  • Oversees event planning for in-person training events and retreats to include drafting presentation content, creating training support materials, sending invitations, and other logistics.
  • Inform and assist in the planning of annual conferences with enrollment programs around the country.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants and stakeholders to support the enrollment program’s experience and the advancement of learning within the enrollment program academy and online learning collaborative.
  • Travel to train on-site with clients approximately twice per month.
  • Travel to our Sacramento, CA headquarters and Washington, DC semi-annually.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A minimum of two years’ on-the-ground training experience in outreach and enrollment as it relates to the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid.
    • Outgoing, charismatic public speaker who can provide cheerleading and excitement about learning with our clients.
    • Detail-oriented, charismatic, self-starter who can self-generate work in accordance with the direction of the firm.
    • Strong desire to problem-solve and innovate.
    • Excellent time management and demonstrated ability to complete work within budget and deadlines.
    • Ability to speak publicly and eager to learn about health systems transformation work.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience..

    Salary: 

    • USD $68,000 – USD $78,500 / year
